Good car, great value for money. Smooth transaction but as seems to be my experience with all car sales places that I have dealt with so far, really didn't want to help if things go wrong. Found out a few months after we purchased the car that the wheel locking nut was missing. Basically called a liar by the manager there, they did sort it out in the end after I complained by email to their head office. Would not recommend, which is a shame because they really should be THE place to go in Basingstoke.
