Treated very poorly

The sales man himself was amazing and very friendly. However 6 days into owning the car the issues started. 3 months later I still do not have my car back after being fobbed off multiple times when I raised concerns about smoke coming from the exhaust the finally took me seriously on day 28 of my warranty to tell me it needed a full engine change. They have had the car since middle of June. The sales manager is appealing. Laughed at me down the phone. I am now looking at going to the ombudsman and trading standards. Do not buy a car from here.
