Started well but shocking aftercare

I'm amazed at how Polesworth Garage monumentally fail regarding customer service. Do they even check their reviews? Is any action taken? Having purchased a vehicle from them, it was agreed that the timing belts were to be replaced so would require booking back in at their service centre. After dropping the car with them and explaining to the service receptionist a fault had developed in the instrument cluster, I was assured they would be straight on it. After a full week of no contact, I called the service centre to be told my car had not even been looked at. I was given shirty responses.to my questions and excuses that as someone in the motor trade, were totally implausible. A further week of waiting and no phone call resulted in my calling again to be more attitude and it was clear the service department couldn't care less. In short, the car was returned to me after a MONTH. Totally unacceptable for what should have been a simple job. Even the driver returning my vehicle gave me attitude, complaining in an unprofessional manner about the 'f**cking roads' where I live. There was no follow up..., No phone call to check everything was satisfactory..... No sweeteners..... Nothing. Just empty assurances that my complaint has been escalated to the MD who must be hiding in the same place as the Service Manager, as neither have made contact. Such a shame that simple communications and better attitude would have made so much difference.
