Excellent Service

I wish we had known about Ken at The Warrington Jag Centre at the start of our mission( and it was a mission) to upgrade our car. We had spent many months visiting dealerships all over the North West. When we arrived at the garage, Ken showed us the XF 2:2 we were interested in, answered a few questions, and said he would leave us to look at the car, a very welcome change. He then returned with the service history and relevant receipts for work that had been done on the car. As it was late in the afternoon, we arranged a test drive the following day. We offered to leave a deposit on the car but Ken refused saying he would hold it for us. The XF had very low mileage and had clearly been looked after. Ken took our older XF 2:7 in part exchange. When we arrived to collect the car, Ken had left flowers and chocolates on the passenger seat, what a lovely thought. He has been in the business for many years and is clearly very Knowledgeable. He explained clearly the difference between a 2:7 and a 2:2 XF. We have now had the car for roughly 2 months, and we love it. We have enjoyed many trips to Wales to our caravan in comfort and speed! It was a pleasure to meet Ken, and to receive good old fashioned service from one of lifes true gentlemen. We love our Jags, and won't be going anywhere else in the future to upgrade, although we plan to have this car for a while as it has been such a good buy. We think looking forward, we will contact Ken to ask him to look out for what we are planning to upgrade to.
