Can’t give zero stars sadly! I purchased a Q5 from Tamworth 6 months old. First issue they forgot I was coming to collect it. Second issue they promised a full tank of petrol they forgot it. Third issue I was overcharged as they forgot to take off the deposit. After numerous calls and emails I got £500 of my money back after 1 month of hounding. Fourth issue I discovered some faults the boot liner was badly damaged I was told 4 weeks max for replacement… still waiting and no one has contacted me to say it’s arrived. 5th issue discovered the knee rest on drivers was broken and also a paint chip. Sent pics and asked them to sort. Spoke eventually to Dave who said it all could be done at the same time. After 3 months I have an oil leak which has stained the drive. Phoned and they said they would call me back same day. Nothing. Sent 5 emails in the evening. No response in the morning. Eventually got hold of Dale and clearly he wasn’t happy to hear from me. I said I’d like to make a formal complaint he said need to speak to Craig but said he won’t call you back in a hurry! I spent over an hour this morning on the phone being passed from one department to another. NEVER EVER buy from Audi! Particularly Tamworth. We were going to buy another one but forget it. Seems customer service is non existent. The best out of this was driver assist most helpful person I’d buy a car off him! Now we have a copy and paste answer!! I left a message for this guy to contact me and if you look the answers are all the same!!!!! I left my phone number today but you couldn’t be bothered as I’m not important obviously as Dale suggested. I think you should call me not me call you as I’ve tried it that way! I’m the customer.
