Bad Experience and Extremely Rude Dealer
Had a pathetic experience with Heathrow cars after purchasing the car. Please don't buy the cars from this dealer, as the manager Mr.Curran is very rude and talk with no respect to customers. They are good when you approach them to buy the car, but the car they mostly have some issues with engine. The car I purchased (Vauxual Astra – ET12EAX), had many issue which includes coolant leakage and had to go through head gasket replacement which involves opening the engine. They mentioned they replacement and promises to provide the bill and video, which they never did, but they took half the amount from me though car was under warranty. There is no proper or rude response from them when you call for any update, particularly Mr.Curran. Out of 4 months, the car was mostly with them due to repair work. I had continuous issues with the car, finally decided for return or replacement which they refuse to agree. Finally after argument, end up paying £1150 from my pocket to get rid of them. They sell faulty cars, and they do keep convince you by providing courtesy car and they charge for courtesy car as well. While refunding they mentioned that it will take 7 working days, but after follow-up they return in 13 working days by deducting £1150. My personal advise on my bad experience with them, please don't buy the car from this dealer and put yourself in trouble and losing money. I could see the same car in the sale now with same price, recommend not to buy this car (Vauxual Astra – ET12EAX)
