Poor service

First time dealing with Canfield was about 5 years ago, I put down a deposit on a Megane RS and my understanding was this was refundable, unfortunately the loan I was going to use to purchase the car had expired and I had to pull out, Canfield refused to refund me my deposit of £500. Fast forward to present day and I thought perhaps I had been naïve in the past, put the past behind me as they had an X3 I was interested in so made the +1 hour drive to view the car after calling the day before saying I was interested and wanted to test drive the car. I arrived it was at the back of the warehouse with 5 cars in the way and the staff not willing to get it out for us to test drive, I was told "If you want to let us know in future we can get the car out for you to drive" couple that with the car now advertised £500 more than it was the day before... Too many bad experiences to recommend and will not be returning in future. Save your time and money. The attitude and lack of service really is frustrating from these guys, they simply do not care and the response to any criticism should be an indicator of what to expect.
