Absolute crap garage... DONT USE

Absolutely horrendous service - My car was delivered to this garage by the AA after the slave cylinder went in the bell housing - Recovered by the AA on 20/07 - I call the garage everyday to ask is it being done..I get told several times, Its next on the ramps... fast forward to the 18th August after being promised every other day the work will be carried out - 18th August I call the garage and after a very awkward phone call, I get told that it is currently ON THE RAMPS BEING FIXED... I didn't believe what I was hearing so much so, I went up to the garage as something about the conversation felt off... As I approach the garage, I see my car on the forecourt covered in cobwebs and dust as though its not moved from the moment it was recovered to this garage - Cobwebs on the brake calipers meaning my car has NOT MOVED... James the director Linda's son - Then LIED to my face stating it was on the ramps this morning... Its doesn't take a genius to figure out its not moved...Either that or the spiders set up home real fast in Burslem... Enter the showroom to be told we can't have your car taking up the four ton ramps for three days... My response was; "Why take on the job and let the AA believe that you are reputable" - His response was - You will be next... No sir I won't be next.. Took my keys and paid for a recovery company to come and collect my car and take this to a real garage... Absolute waste of time and the owners, Linda and James are nothing short of fraudsters... Companies house is very a useful tool! Please check this company out before you use them for anything... Avoid at ALL COSTS... 4 WEEKS THEY HAD MY CAR AND IT'S STILL BROKEN... SHIT SHOW
