Disrespectful and poor customer service
Came with my father who was looking to purchase a car in the next few weeks. We wandered around the dealership and loitering by the staff waiting for someone to help us and we're ignored for quite some time. My father suggested to leave as no one clearly wanted to help but I insisted as we were here we should stay for what we came for. I had to approach someone and complain that we had been waiting and ignored. Apologies were made and not long after an older gentleman came to speak to us. The agent seemed disinterested, was disrespectful and made no attempts to sell or show my father anything and it made him so uncomfortable. Some advice, joking to an older black gentleman "you won't steal a car if I let you do a test drive will you - ha ha ha" is unacceptable. The staff here need to work on their customer service and own biases and perhaps they would not lose business and waste customer's time
