My experience with Anthony Motors Aberystwyth has been excellent, because even if my 2016 Tiguan presented some issues shortly after purchasing, the team dealt with these professionally and effectively, providing a courtesy car on several occasions and covering all costs. I really can’t fault the entire team from sales person and owner to mechanic and admin staff. They dealt with the issues on the car as well as with my nerves (!) calmly and professionally and I felt looked after throughout. During the purchase phase itself, Andy gave me helpful advice, was very patient, and ultimately gained a new customer who was at first nervous about changing cars or even trying out new cars. Finally, Natasha at the front desk is truly lovely, always smiling and always professional, and the mechanic lead (sorry I can’t remember your name!) makes me feel he is knowledgeable and just simply knows what he’s doing. Thank you.
