AVOID AT ALL COSTS

DO NOT USE! Where do I start… if I could give this company 0 stars I would! I am not one to write google reviews but I feel like this is totally necessary. This company have sold me a Mercedes a class back in March. As soon as I drove it home I noticed problems with the vehicle for example the brake disks and brake pad where worn and also the ENGINE management light was on, the start and stop didn’t work ( I mentioned this to them before I left and he told me the car needed to HEAT up!). The costs to get this vehicle repaired was over £1,000. The company then agreed to fix the car which they have “done” but apparently they have their own mechanics on sit-which is a lie!! They also gave me a courtesy car which I drove 2 hours home in and then searched up the MOT on the vehicle and it very surprisingly ran out, so I drove with no MOT which could’ve led to serious consequences. They then delivered me a Ford focus which then broke down in the middle of a dual carriageway and left me stranded. The company are an absolute disgrace and their customer service is disgusting, they put the phone down on me several times, shouted and also muted me when I was speaking and you cannot get a word in edgeways. Please I’m begging you to not use this company it will cause you stress and anger you don’t need. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!-FYI I still don’t have my Mercedes back!
