Outstanding car MOT and service

My experience at Chapman’s autocentre for my car's MOT and service was nothing short of outstanding. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a car service and MOT as the workers were kind, diligent and professional. At first we were reluctant to use this autocentre after reading a negative feedback online however after discussing our concerns with the manager, we were quickly put at ease as our concerns were addressed in a professional and comprehensive manner and we felt confident leaving the car in their hands. After enquiring about an air condition system bad smell, we were not only given details about a cleaning product and how to use it but they gave us the product free of charge. Will definitely be getting MOT and service done there again next year.
