Unreliable and unprofessional

I recently purchased a Peugeot 2008 from Peugeot Canterbury. The vehicle was delivered to me without a prior test drive. Unfortunately, upon receiving the car, I noticed a persistent knocking sound. I reached out to Peugeot Leicester for assistance, but they couldn't resolve the issue. Frustrated, I contacted Peugeot Canterbury about the problem, and Ross Waldron assured me they'd address my complaint within 5 working days. Regrettably, almost two weeks have passed, and I haven't received any response to my emails. Despite trying to contact Ross to explain the situation, he hasn't replied. This experience has left me thoroughly disappointed with their unprofessional and disgraceful customer service. Moreover, it raises concerns about the reliability of their vehicles.
