AVOID

**Beware they will keep your £1000 deposit, if the car they sell you is faulty! Second update for you all to read**- They let us return the car after an independent body came out from the finance company and inspected the car, guess what now…. They will not return our deposit of £1000. Due to admin fees, paid protection and 9 months out of warranty. 9 months out of warranty due to them selling us a faulty car. (They could not fix, and agreed for us to return). Only 1,236 miles used on the car in 9 months! Stress of my partner using my car as he could not use his faulty car, the past 9months have been horrendous with no car for school runs and trying to get shopping. Beware they will keep your money! UPDATE - Thank you for your response, We were sold the car with the DFP issue which is why it has been in the garage back and forth for such a long time, we have finally been able to respond to each other by email and mobile phone calls as you said in your response your landline will not connect to our mobile. Yes you have sourced a garage close to us this march, this doesn't however excuse the time since purchasing the car back in November and the car being with yourselves supposedly being fixed and showing the same issue, has it even been fixed? We are still not happy at all with this service. Kyle will look forward to speaking to you. Extremely unhappy, purchased car back in November (its march now) on the way home engine management light came on to be told the is wear and tear. We argued this going back and forth dropping car off to be looked at, losing money as having to take time off work. It was a fault with the car that is not covered under warranty - they have agreed to pay and fix it, however lacking communication for updates still waiting for car to be fixed. Paid over £2500 so far for a car that has been back in the garage and not even used by us. Extremely unhappy as this is not a cheap car, we don't even have it to use it and are still paying for it.
