My first dealing with this company and what a positive transaction it turned out to be. I travelled from Scotland to their Blackpool branch having spoken on the phone to Max McKendrick. I bought a car which was exactly as described by Max in a video and on the phone. Within a couple of weeks a couple of service issues were highlighted on the car service history and Marshall’s dealt with these by allowing me to have a local dealer sort the issue and Marshall’s paid the bill. Brilliant service when they could have requested that I return the car from Scotland to Blackpool. I would highly recommend this branch and Max in particular if you are lucky enough to get him as your salesperson.
