After booking to go and see a Mercedes C43 and being convinced the car was in immaculate condition, we drove the 3 hour round trip. I had told both the sales manager and Arran that I was fussy and that I too was in the trade to and didn't want to drive all that way if the car wasn't perfect. They both assured me it was. Wow what a massive let down the car had had some of the poorest paintwork I have ever seen which I was told was done at a local body shop. The front bumper had been painted and all the stone chips had been painted over and the bumper hadn't even been removed from the car to paint it. There was masking lines on both front wings caused by again very poor paint work. The o/s QTR panel was also shockingly painted with bits of dirt in the paint and hard masking lines on the rear quarter window trim. I told Arran about this and we left. Once I arrived home I messaged the sales manager about the condition of the car and that they shouldn't be paying for work to be done so badly. His reply was just a thumbs up. Shocking customer service. If your buying a car from these guys please take someone with you that knows about cars.
