Shocking Customer Service
Bought a 2018 Land Rover Velar from Chester last year with an extended warranty. Noticed a fault on the dash earlier this week and were advised by the AA (who were exceptional) that our water pump had collapsed. On returning the vehicle to Chester we have been advised that there is a minimum 14 day wait for diagnostics and not guidance on how long it will take to complete the work. No courtesy car and informed that we should hire a vehicle at our own expense. Not what I expected from the once mighty Land Rover!
