Disappointing Experience at IMG SEAT

I want to write a review about a negative experience I had with IMG SEAT in Warrington. I am a customer who has paid in excess of £3,000 in recent weeks and months on car repairs, including a new clutch, fuel pump, alloy wheels, servicing and MOT. I was disappointed to receive a phone call about bogus work (bonnet 'stuck' closed and they could not open) that in the end, after a challenge from myself, was not required. I was also upset, disappointed and deeply offended when my professionally installed dash-cam footage caught evidence of some of the employees referring to me as a "weirdo" and "very strange", whilst also saying that my car was "shit." This was following the employees stating that they would 'bleed the clutch' and 'send me on my way', despite me reporting that the potentially dangerous, newly-fitted clutch (by IMG SEAT) was intermittently 'sticking' down. This is not the sort of customer service that I expect and I am now reluctant to return to IMG SEAT, as I am not confident that treat my car in a professional manner and would further ridicule me. I would give IMG SEAT a 'Zero' rating, if it were possible.
