So after 3 months have past my GLE Mercedes shows a Amber warning light with a car with an arrow pointing up. As I have a warranty I called them only to find out it’s not covered and was told by my usual garage the fix would be nearly £900. I then decided to call the dealership Hanar cars and spoke to the owners wife who was very helpful in calling her husband, he asked what the problem was and immediately said bring the car to me and I will deal with the problem. Following morning I arrived as arranged and was met by one of the employees who was also very pleasant & friendly who ask me to wait in the office while he took the car in the workshop area and proceeded to investigate the problem which was found to be the air matic suspension air compressor. I was asked if I could leave the car there for overnight as the part had to be delivered the next morning, I agreed and the following day at 12.30 received a phone to say it was all fixed and I could collect my car. Great after sales and they even valeted the vehicle inside and out. Please give them a try. Highly recommended.
