Poor after sales service

I bought a Ford Fiesta from this garage which I am very happy with. However there were one or two issues after I took possession of the car which if they had been dealt with properly there would have been no issue. The manager, Gary, promised that when I picked up the car it would have a full 12 months MOT. I even reminded him a few days before I picked it up. When I collected it from Jess, who was very helpful, she asked Gary about it and he didn’t even bother to come out of his office and said “ Tell her to book it in”. The car had a fault which was mended but the MOT which was supposed to be done at the same time wasn’t done again! I feel that unfortunately once you have driven your new car away that is where the caring stops, they don’t do anything they promise to do and there seems to be no communication between staff, no message I left ever seemed to be passed on.
