Damaged my car and tried to blame me.

Took my 1 series in for a recall, when I got home I noticed there was oily black marks all over the cream leather interior and down the side of both doors were small dents/scratches from what looks like someone has walked round the car with a tool hanging out of their pocket and knocked it numerous times. The service manager asked if I had any proof it was then, when I said I hadn't taken photos before I took it in I asked to see the video footage. He told me the cameras weren't working and basically that I less I could prove it he didn't care. Not what is expected from such a prestigious brand. Very disappointing.
