In my experience, the sales people do not know their product. Poor communication - not following up phone calls or emails. Not sure how genuine some information eg “there’s been a huge shift in the market recently” whilst not making eye contact. Seems it was too much effort to find me a new car so easier to lose a customer. Terrible experience. Made an appointment with another dealer later that morning and bought a brand new car by 1.00 - easy. Avoid
