I never write reviews however after my horrific experience with Cars Centre Ltd in Kingston I felt it was very important to leave a review. I saw a 1 series bmw up for sale on auto trader. The description did not answer all of my questions so I called dealer and spoke to main man Nader. He seemed very friendly and polite I explained I am 8 months pregnant and am in desperate need for a car I don't have time to shop around I explained his garage is 1.5 hours away and that if I come up it would be to purchase so needed answers to my questions. He assumed I was a single mum with no husband as I explained I will be making a very long journey up on my own so needed his honesty, The answers to my questions were the car has heated seats, leather trim (the pictures weren't too clear so I assumed it was leather trim), electric folding mirrors and parking sensors. I called the next day again and said I had arranged the cash for full asking price and will be making a long journey up and for him to stay open a little later. He said that was fine I again confirmed all details about the car he again gave the same answers. Very friendly and polite. I then made an hour and half journey to Kingston, heavily pregnant, extremely tired I turned up with my husband. Which may or may not have been a surprise for him as he seemed a little edgy. We went to view the car, the did NOT have leather trims, he said he never told me they had leather trim even though I had a piece of paper with all of the information he gave me written down, heated seats he said yes they are heated me and my husband we're like where is the button for heated seats he looked around the dashboard and innocently was like oh I'm so sorry I thought it had heated seats I'm so sorry, I asked about the electric folding mirrors he said its not electric "folding" but it's electric mirrors as in can adjust the mirrors. I said I quite clearly asked whether they fold in electronically he replied he assumed I asked whether they were electronic in terms of adjustment and not folding in. It turned out he lied a lot and took advantage of he fact that he thought I was a single lady heavily pregnant travelling from very far and I would come and I would be forced to buy the vehicle as I had already travelled so far. I was so upset I explained he had completely misled me. He had no sympathy that I was heavily pregnant and had come up all the way based on his lies. He then said he will take of £90, which was an even bigger insult. And so we left. This garage should be closed down, I have come home with swollen feet, a terrible back ache and no new car to make up for it.
