Saved the day!
I visited Weymouth with my parents last week. Prior to my trip I topped up my oil but forgot to put the oil cap on! Having done the three hour journey, unsurprisingly I could smell oil! A known orange and black coloured company told me and my 76 year old mother, the engine could have blown up! This sent my mum into a complete panic 🤨 The next place I visited was Chesil Beach Motors, they couldn’t have been more helpful, especially Garry, who reassured my mum the engine wouldn’t have just blown up! He fitted the new cap and wiped up any excess oil. Having chatted with Garry, I cancelled my service and mot with a local garage in my hometown 04/08/23 and went to Group 1 Ford garage in Wokingham. Although I didn’t want to spend so much, I would’ve done anywhere I’d gone, but due to Garry’s professionalism, yesterday’s service, mot and repairs cost me £500. £500 in Fords bank account, that wouldn’t of been had I gone where I’d originally booked into. Plus due to the service I received at Wokingham, I will now be using Ford, yearly! Thank u 😊
