Poor service on the vechicle check

Had a booked appointment for a service and check over make sure the car was all good. Service done then told me the car only needed a tyre on the front. The car actually needs a set of discs on the front and the front suspension arm bushes replaced. After telling them that they wanted to take it back in to video and recheck what they had missed. This isn't the first time either. Poor Service from a main dealer
