Absolutely rubbish service

If you are thinking of baying a car from Harveys Autos Stafford don’t. I made this mistake last March, they are very very good at taking your money, but when it comes to after sales service, there isn’t any, I was promised by Louis the sales man that he would get a part for me and put it in the post, that was March this year and we are now in August and I’m still waiting, I have given up ringing because you get the same lie’s told to you every time, the part is here we will pop it in the post, but nothing happens, I wrote a letter of complaint to the car sales manager, they never even acknowledge my letter. Be careful I’ve been in the motor trade for over 60 year and this is as bad as it get’s for after sales service, believe me, Definitely will not be getting another car from there Keith Hawthorne
