Excellent service

My vehicle was dropped off there first thing on Monday Morning after it broke down on Sunday, initially they said they would look at it when they could(within 48 hrs), but after I explained I needed the car for Saturday to drive to Gatwick airport! To my surprise I received a phone call at 4.55pm saying my car was fixed and ready to be collected. I would like to thank everyone at Kia for there help in fixing my car on the same day, excellent customer service, Snows Kia Basingstoke should be extremely proud of the team they have working there!
