Extremely poor levels of service

Extremely poor levels of professionalism and customer service after quoting a price for my next scheduled service and further confirming this with me over the phone, on the day they proceeded to perform a completely different service that was not requested or part of the scheduled services, blaming their bookings team and asking me to come back another day and pay an additional nearly £900 for the other service and pay nearly £400 for the performed service that I did not even ask for and was not needed on my vehicle. Additionally when quoting for new brakes, they pushed heavily inflated figures, not inline with their own online pricing for vehicles over 3+ years old and when queried, quickly reverted to these prices but would have been happy to accept an additional £600+ if I would not have queried, which does not come across well or honest with their customers. I have been requesting call backs for nearly 2 weeks now which has not been received, other than a helpful call, ironically from their customer reviews team who helped follow this up and prompted a call from an unknown number at an inconvenient time but I am yet to actually speak to them on the phone after continually requesting this. I would avoid here at all costs if this is the experience they strive to deliver to customers.
