Bought a new van to add to our fleet. the sales man (who is no longer there) was very helpful and knew every detail of the van range inside out. you could not ask for a better person to buy a van from. It is however the service side of the dealership that needs a lot of work. They have a very unhelpful manor and no urgency to tackle any problems. to start with we were promised (and is one of the reasons we used this local dealer insted of buying on line and saving £900) that they were part of the citroen business group and that any time our van was in for a service or any work we would be given a van . this has only happened once. part of the deal was a free first service, but the invoice had to be paid before we got the van back. a list of small warranty issues has happened over the two years and tho some minor some have had the van unable to be driven. they never seem to be in a rush to fix these problems and take for ever to get the things that dont stop the van working sorted. we have seen the van being on for 9 days to get the egr valve replaced and no courtesy van in sight.
