Shocking service
I don't usually leave bad reviews because everyone's experience is different, but the service from this place has been so bad that I feel I should let others know just to be cautious. The customer service at the beginning wasn't the best, but I decided to overlook that as not everyone is great at dealing with customers and maybe they didn't want to seem pushy. When it came to purchasing the car we were told that it had been serviced by them. So we assumed the main things had been checked, as we also got the paperwork to say this. How wrong we were. The oil was practically empty, there was no blade on the back wiper. Not been cleaned properly, as some form of polish/shampoo was all over it. Within the 28 days of owning it, the engine management light came on 3 times and the oil light came on. Which is when we found out there was barely any oil in it. Although we had the paperwork.to say it had been done. After we contacted them, they said they would only take it back if we traded it in for another car. Otherwise they said we needed to take it to Hyundai. They said the engine management light probably came on because we had probably put fuel.in from.differwnt fuel stations. We have never had that with other cars and not heard of anyone having that problem. So basically if you have a problem after purchase they are not interested. All they do is send an e mail full of lies and excuses. Steer well clear of these if you want a decent car. We are now taking legal action
