Excellent service

Having used Barretts in the past, I have been a customer of their Jaguar division for 6 years during which time I have bought 3 cars from them. The sales staff are superb, not pushy but listening to my comments and wishes before giving a considered reply. On the rare occasions that my regular salesman is not available, one of his colleagues will step in and provide all the support I want without trying to "poach" me. As for servicing, there are sometimes long waits, which is indicative or how popular they are (so now I book in plenty of time). Then on the day, my car is collected from my home and returned to me, clean inside and out, at about the agreed time.
