Absolutely WORST PATHETIC customer experience I ever had. Avoid like plague. Bought a £50k Alfa Romeo Stelvio. Was lied to by salesman and given run around and ignored. Warranty and aftersales non existent. compalined to Sales manager and passed to 5 different people as staff dropping like flies. Contact main customer service/complaints. Zero response and not forced t go legal route. I would advise anyone to stay well away and do your homework/ Word cannot express my frustration....... Thanks for quick response below. Its a pity tour colleagues are not as responsive. I have sent mail and await as prompt a response. Even gets better. Having complained for 8 months and being ignored. They eventully agreed to return and refund in full for car. Got verbal and writtten approval from 2 senior staff memebrs. Brought car up with all paerwork, keys and V5. Was promised money would be in my bank within 3 days. Got a call 2 days later and told were deducting £3,000 for mileage. Never mentioned or discussed. Eventually went egal and response was a wriiten threat to report me to authorities for their mistake. Unbelivable and going legal and will cost them twice as much monet for their mistake. They have my money and my car ...... Will upload all documentation to websites and car forums once case is complete. AVOID CHARLES Hurst AT ALL COSTS. NIGHTMARE
