Disappointed Customer

This garage really has no morals or integrity, despite arranging to go an view a vehicle and agreeing with the manager that he would not sell the car until we arrived - which we duly did. We arrived to him just driving off the forecourt with the vehicle. We gave him the benefit of the doubt believing he had probably told the other prospective buyers that we had first refusal. Unfortunately this was not a man of integrity and when he arrived back at the garage he told us that he had sold the vehicle to the other couple. This was despite seeing us turn up as he drove past us, and he did know it was us, as he asked what car we would be in. He really had no excuse. I would strongly recommend that you do not go to this garage. If they demonstrate little integrity and morals it would lead one to question what they would sell to you. Furthermore it appeared to be a bit of joke as the other couple seemed to find this conversation and "car gazumping" amusing which was rather poor of them.
