Refused sale after taking deposit

Terrible dealer. View the car and said ill have a think. Kept calling me later same day and pushed me to pay deposit. Next day went to pay remaining balance and collect the car and they refused the sale at agreed price trying to make me pay extra £300 for useless warranty Avoid at all cost
