Terrible service
Great dealership however service is mixed, purchased a car but was informed differently on the deal to what the Terms & conditions state in regards to exchanges, please be very cautious as this is a little unfair. Lost out due to this policy as you are given 30 days no quibble exchange or return policy however it applies to VW stock only & within group, you can only exchange to a VW car they have in stock or that’s available within their group, they have very minimal stock that is suitable for a disabled person. I was wanting to return the car which I only had for 3 days. I was very frustrated and was told only option is a buy back, for me to sell the car back to them at a lower price that cost me loads more from my end, they agreed to buy the car back and asked me to pay them £1500 as they would not pay me the price I paid. Very very disappointing as car was not practical or suitable for the family. It’s a shame now I’m out of pocket & certainly lost my confidence in the VW brand altogether as the deal was not explained very well & was a little misleading & rushed, was shocking as an end result & I feel very disheartened. Overall just read the small print if you’re buying from here as advisors will tell you different as to what I have noticed & been through. Just being as honest as I can & leaving my true reflection, Thank You for nothing VW Sheffield.
