Avoid minor damage insurance

I bought a new car finance package last year including a minor damage insurance policy. Trying to claim on that policy recently it proved to be of no use to me for various bodywork scratches and a panel split . Western VW at Fort Kinnaird were not helpful (no surprise there !) And the insurer Redline Finance / Insurethat were a let down Avoid this type of policy which i have now (only after complaining hard ) managed to cancel and get refunded Avoid. is my advice ! Incidentally Volkswagen UK customer relarions were worse than useless in my experience in this case
