DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! me and my partner brought a 14 plate Peugeot 208, we test drove the car and all seemed okay I was concerned about a slight engine noice and I was reassured this was perfectly normal for this car, the engine light came on towards the end of the test drive, they plugged in their computer and it showed a spark plug so they said they would get this sorted for us before we collected, once we collected the car took it home I drove it 22 miles to my work and the engine light came on 2mins times! We have fleet vehicles at work and 2 mechanics they both checked the vehicle and listened to the vehicle and told me it needed a new engine, my partner then contacted the garage again and they said that’s fine we will sort what ever needs sorting and get it back to you, they then called back and told us they wouldn’t be fixing the engine unless we got a second opinion from a garage near us? We questioned why and they said it’s because they didn’t see anything from with it even though 2 other mechanics already have said it needs a new engine! After this we nearly got any response from the staff multiple emails never responded too phone calls never returned, my brother then came to have a listen to the car and we then found out they had sent us away with a car that wasn’t even all attacked the air box was just floating under the bonnet brackets not done up and bolts handing out, ( I have video prove of this) I sent the company a video and got no response so had to call them when we showed our concern over the phone we just got told it’s fine it’s an air box it doesn’t matter? (But what matters is I brought my broken car to you and you ‘fixed it’ but sent me off with it worse than it was before with things not attached) this just shows they don’t care about their customers or the work they do we also got laughed at by one of the mechanics on the phone when we showed our concern, so we asked for a refund and for them to collect the car as it was undriveable, we were told a refund can take up too 14 days but is always quicker than this, the day our car was collected we were told between 3/7 no one turned up till 8:30 then told us they have done us a favour by picking the car up for free even though the issues were there fault and they sold us a broken un safe vehicle we should of been great ful for them getting it for free? Our refund took 14 days exactly to get back to us we were ignored over email asking for prove the refund was done to the account we had given them( as requested) we got constantly ignored it get like they were just playing a game with us when we would get a response it was sarcastic or uninterested, the most unprofessional place and people I have ever dealt with this company has been reported to trading standards, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, I’m sure they will respond to this saying I’m being untruthful but I have all the videos, emails and phone calls to prove how unprofessional this company and all their staff are, we dealt with about 4 members of staff and had terrible experiences with every single one! So again please don’t buy from this company it’s a scam (won’t let me upload videos but you can see from the picture ( we couldn’t just attach the air box and stuff back on as they wouldn’t stay attacked as there was bits missing!!! DO NOT BUY THIS CAR THE ENGINE IS F**KED AND THEY ARE WERE NOT PREPARED TO REPLACE THE ENGINGE!!!! I’m sure there is plenty more I could add, please contact me if you’d like further proof
