Awful Experience

This dealership was an awful experience for me. I bought a car and found out within an hour that it was defective and unfit for use. I contacted to let them know there was a problem, and they advised me to take it to a nearby garage since warranty would cover it. The dealership rebuffed all requests to speak with them and refused to accept the car back or provide any form of assistance or resolution. I chose to return the car after a day of waiting since they weren't very helpful. To return the car, I had to travel for 2 hours and 30 minutes. Paul S, however, refused to accept the return since they had fixed the car. Although I wanted to return the car, I didn't ask them to fix it. Paul was quite defensive when I told him he had sold me a defective car, and he kept blaming the mileage and the car's age (remember, it has an 18-plate). Paul I hope you see this review and feel some remorse for selling people defective cars and causing them to go through terrible experiences even though you were aware of my predicament (my wife is expecting). Before looking at the vehicles on the website, I wish I had read all the reviews. I still don't feel secure enough to drive this car. I would not suggest anyone buy a car from this dealership, and I highly urge against doing so.
