1 year old car

Hi about the dealership and Hyundai warranty i would like to explain some issues I bought the car from the dealer ship and been advised will be prepared and cleaned for me And they will let me know when the car would be ready When i seen the car i told some issues some sticky stuff on the seats need to be removed by cleaners they told me ok will be cleaned I been contacted later on the week when i bought the car is ready to be picked up I am going to pick it up i didnt checked if is clean properly or not i was sure a proper dealership will organise properly everything specially if i asked them and they told me yes would be organised properly as it should be Went home we just went for a ride with family and we found , expected under the middle seat belt was not even cleaned was some chewing gum and some papers also the seats was not cleaned where i mentioned for the dealership need to be removed. I complained make sense ,so i wasted my time again i needed to waste my time to go back and to leave the car there again and to go back after they cleaned again and pick it up the car If you are a professional seller or cleaner you need to organise properly and to check before you are selling something this was my first problem So was not anything compensation ated after this small issue was just my time wasted due to the dealership didnt checked properly or did not care if they are selling a 4 months old car After i had an other problem the airbag knocking like a drop link due to the cheap stuff by manufacturer This is not the delalerhip fault this is the manufacturer fault I booked that also they told me was not any knockning so all good this was 4000 miles on odometer After i picked the car again i phoned them up same issue so need to be something definitely so they realised its the airbag usually common problem also and they changed but the issue is same after they changed even so the main thing i needed to go 2 times to drop and 2 times to pick up the car Other thing I had a problem fell off the handle part on my car when i closed the door slowly and i needed to go and book an appointment with the dealership ive got an appointment to be checked after a month for a 10-20 minutes checking visualising a part it was 3-4 hour needed to be left the car for checking I went in i explained what happened straight away the lady told me on customer service desk this was snapped off and definetly wont be under warranty (interesting how clever they are ) Thats fine i told need to be done need to be done I booked the car for fixing they told me 105 would be I showed some pictures with other persons who had is quite common problem on a few cars and usually they organise under warranty The technician checked and was not covering under warranty Some dealership they do some of them not changing this common issue under warranty they told me hyundai will deicide not them I spoke with Hyundai customer service also and is all depend on the technician what they are writting down what they deicide So no one can determine who need to approve LOL Ok i booked the car again to be fixed make sense Only 1 year and 3 month old the car under 30k the odometer When i went for a service its been told again not will be unfortunately by under warranty so will be 122 pound i asked what ? Is rising up the price easily or how is working with that dealership? Been asvised 105 and now 122 after 2 and a half week ? Other thing was the 2 alloy bubbling up after 1 and a hal year not been damaged not been kerbed never !!! Been advised also not will be covered under warranty but due to i was not happy to pay the 105 pound for the handle they will organise for me but i need to pay the part for the handle because that was not under warranty . Unfortunately was a lie this also no one contacted me after 2 weeks to organise the alloy wheels But definitely i will force to be organised When been sold the car was told me by the seller anything happening with the car in the next 5 year come back and we will take care and will fixed for free under warranty if is not my fault Whoever inspected and decided its been snapped off the handle not came off alone shame on it if he is thinking is proper technician after i showed quite common problem with this cars never mind1 paid but i will try to organise to be claimed back in the future definetly Not about the 100 part About the dealership who deicided this and i showed all the evidence its quite common problem Over 20k car and only 1 year old and the first small issue not been covered under warranty wich is shame also quite big issue the alloys and no one care this is Hyundai warranty Be carefull with this dealership also
