AVOID!! Keep you’re money all LIES

Do not deal with these keep your money buy some where else. All lies and fake promises. I bought a van from here after been involved in a motorway pile up and put my trust in them. In that first week van had issues I was told it wasn’t a leak that I spotted it was power steering fluid as they topped the reservoir.. that week I nearly crashed the van as it was leaking due to a cracked power steering pump and I lost full control of the steering and nearly crashed the van on a bend. Followed by another day of ringing up for more repairs now due to the van not starting at all (starter motor issue) took the van down to their garage and was provided a lease vehicle. PAT the van salesman provided me with a vehicle and trade plates where he was arguing with his colleague who advised him customer shouldn’t be using the trade plates and PAT said they can. Next day using this vehicle I was stopped by an unmarked arms response unit in Lincoln to find the vehicle had NO MOT NO TAX OR INSURANCE. TRADE PLATES ONLY USED FOR TEST DRIVES AND MOT CENTRES/PURCHASE OF VEHICLE. I was doing none of that so it’s void. I NEARLY RECEIVED 6 points and a FINE for this. Ended up with a £100 MOT fine and the vehicle isn’t even mine! Lost a days work for the 3 time. Police advised me to report this to the DVLA as they understood i put trust in them and could have affected my job license income. Other issues such as tyres had nails one got changed to find other had 9 nails in get home to a flat tyre, went to change the tyre and the spare is the wrong size. still waiting for the promises made to change them. Endless back and forth texting they wait until 6pm promising you all day things will get resolved and hit 6pm they close and tomorrow is another day of FALSE PROMISES AND LIES. When I returned the ILLEGAL ROAD vehicle back to them my van still wasn’t fixed and when they managed to get it back up and running they couldn’t even put turbo pipes in correctly secured resulting to loud turbo noises coming from the engine.. the whole business is a shambles don’t even take a look DO NOT BUY A VAN FROM HERE!! ANYONE WANT TO SEE VIDEOS PICTURES RECORDINGS OR CONVOS FEEL FREE TO ASK!! Currently proceeding with trading standards and court anyone feel to give more evidence contact me!
