We have just purchased a new st line ford focus from fords Northwich. We would just like to say from the moment we walked into the building to picking the car up a week later, we had nothing but excellent service all the way through.I purchased a st line badge off the internet for the front grill as this was not standard on this model.Gave them a quick call asking would they fit it for me as I was not confident enough to do so.I was asked to take it to them and that they would fit it for me.Had a coffe while I waited the 10 minutes it took to fit,what more can you ask for ?
