Alex is an absolute pleasure to deal with! He really went the extra mile to ensure my Mercedes was perfect. The car was without a reversing camera and a cup holder for my brew. He was kind enough to source these extras for me and get them fitted to the car. The service really was tailored to me. I am overjoyed with the Mercedes it is perfect!
