Unbelievable

Really poor service from Universal Car Sources. The Car broke down after 1 month of purchase. They told me to go to a local garage to have the repairs done and when the garage did the diagnostics of the car the repairs came to £500 and the dealer refused to pay it and said that the car was fine when they sold it to me and basically tried to blame me for the car breaking down despite them admitting that the car was sold to me with the wrong battery!!! They sold me a car that was not fit for purpose at all. This is an absolutely unbelievable dealership and I would not recommend them to anyone I am really disappointed.
