Disappointed

We bought our car online from the website in January. We were advised that that car had few scratches, however the garage confirmed that they will be fixed before we receive the car. On arrival the car was in a very good used condition as promised. Unfortunately, fast forward 6 months it turns out they havent fixed the scratches. Instead they have masked them and whatever paint they have used is now coming off. You can now clearly see all the scratches, chips etc. This is not what I expected from BMW Aproved garage. Very disappointing.
