Horrific

Unfortunately, this is the worst experience ever purchasing a car. Only 2 weeks in and it breaks down monumentally and surprise surprise it's not an easy fix. Which we excepted buying a second hand card but it is a 4 figure sum! No communication no refund or offer to fix. Traumatising to say the least.
