My opinion is to avoid Van Monster in Wakefield like the plague. My car had a problem fist day we picked it up. Took it back 6 weeks later we picked it back up. Had the van two weeks died again took it back. Still got it after 3 weeks I'm having to do all the chasing, no phone calls from Van Monster at all and when you talk to them you just get lies. Rubbish company.
