Charged me £250 for nothing

Had my car for 24hrs to find scrapping noise coming from wheel. After swapping front wheels for rear ones, noise disappeared. No fault detected, no parts required. No offer of courtesy vehicle, but a bill of £250+VAT. Nice way to financially rape an OAP. Go anywhere bar Lexus Glasgow.
