Bought a vehicle waited 3 weeks to collect it as there was a product recall and I couldn’t had my deposit back until it was replaced. Had to wait ages for my holding deposit back. Upon collecting the car they were fantastic lovely and polite. As well as the day we purchased the car couldn’t do enough. So the above was left slide and was happy to take the car away. As this was a car as I was waiting to my pass my test. It wasn’t used constantly as would a normal car but was still being used. I then Had to replace the keys due to acid from the battery leaking as well as there was dog hair all in the boot which wasn’t there when we viewed the car cause I would have seen it. That I let slide as a fluke and paid out for both. Then Christmas Eve the car would not start. Had to wait a few days for them to open. Upon calling they couldn’t care less. In no urgency to get us in either. Finally got the car I and it needed more Repairs over £500 worth which was implied when collecting we needed to pay. We just purchased the car until we said it should be covered under warranty. Fast forward to now. Again. Engine management light showing. They do not give a monkeys not interested in helping me in the slightest. Very unhelpful attitude when trying to book my car in saying “people book months in advance” but I don’t expect to buy a car from a Main dealer like this and have a list of constant issues when having just bought it. I’m in tears now unable to use a car worrying about how I’ll get to work and my children to school and they absolutely do not care. As a “coincidence” a friend of mine is having the exact same issues and is being treated the same way. I’d think long and hard about purchasing the car from here. Because once you’re out of the show room. They don’t care and if you read the other reviews, They all the say the same so they can’t give me a courtesy car. Looks like they’ve given them to everyone who’s having all the same issues as me
