Sales was great... After sales not so...

We purchased a new car from Rybrook Chester at the start of July 2023. The sales process was okay, the staff were helpful and courtious. The issues started after they've made the sale. I rang up a few days after picking up the car to enquire about something being missing from the service book and also an App missing from the infotaintment system - three weeks later, two phone calls and three emails later I am still awaiting a call back they said would happen later on the first day! Not the sort of service you expect when you pay nearly £40k for a car!
