Poor service!

Had a deal with these guys to purchase a vehicle told them i had to get a loan for payment of the vehicle and that it would be sorted the following day, i then called up the following day to say I had got the money and it was all sorted to come down for the vehicle to be told it was no longer available and there was someone else coming! Even tho i had already siad i want the vehicle and was taking out a loan to buy it they let me take the loan out and then sold it to another customer after telling me it was sorted! Very poor customer service
